A traditional Polish farmers cheese is mixed with a blend of other cheeses for a creamy, smooth and mild taste. We then add some diced jalapenos to spice it up. Delicious.

Pepperoni and shredded mozzarella cheese. What else can you say about these. Cook them up and serve with a side of marinara sauce for a tasty little treat. These are currently made on a limited basis by hand for us to bring to farmers markets and bazaars that we occasionally go to and a special appearance in some of the stores that carry our pierogies.
